The apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a building with elevator in the very heart of Malaga close to the beautiful Plaza de la Merced. The property was recently renovated and with its location and charming design this apartment offers a unique chance to visit Malaga the best possible way.

The apartment consists of a large bright living room with dining table, sofa bed, armchairs, TV flat screen and access to the lovely terrace with a beautiful view over the city. All four doors to the terrace can be opened. From the living room there is access to the open kitchen with all accessories.

The apartment offers three bedrooms:

One master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with single beds. The apartment also offers another bathroom with bathtub.
